Privacy Policy

AI Response to Word (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at airesponsetoword.com and the AI Response to Word application (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the Service.

The Service converts pasted AI-generated responses or markdown-like text into formatted Microsoft Word (DOCX) documents. You paste text into the converter, and the Service generates a downloadable DOCX file.

When you paste text and initiate a conversion, your content is sent to our servers to process and generate the document. Conversion does not happen locally in your browser — your text is transmitted to and processed on our servers to produce the DOCX file.

Generated documents may be temporarily stored on our servers so that you can download them. Documents are automatically purged (deleted) based on your subscription plan:

• Free plan: documents kept for up to 7 days or the 5 most recent documents
• Standard plan: documents kept for up to 30 days or the 50 most recent documents
• Pro plan: documents kept for up to 90 days or the 200 most recent documents

Once purged, document content and download links are no longer accessible.

We may store minimal metadata related to your account and usage, including:

• Account email address
• Subscription plan and status
• Conversion count and timestamps
• Document status and purge status
• Source label (if you provide one)

This metadata is used to operate the Service, enforce plan limits, and maintain conversion history.

We use Stripe to process subscription payments. Stripe handles your payment card information — we do not store or access your full card details. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment data.

We may display advertisements from Google AdSense or other third-party advertising providers to users on the Free plan. These ad providers may use cookies and similar technologies to serve relevant ads.

Paid subscribers (Standard and Pro) do not see advertisements within the app. Generated DOCX files do not include advertisements — ads appear only in the web interface for Free-plan users.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Third-party ad providers have their own privacy policies governing how they use data.

We retain account metadata and conversion records for as long as your account is active. Generated document content is purged according to the schedule described above. If you delete your account, your associated data is removed.
