Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AI Response to Word (the “Service”), operated by Infinite Groove LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

AI Response to Word is a document-conversion tool. It converts pasted AI-generated responses and markdown-like text into formatted Microsoft Word (DOCX) documents.

You are responsible for the content you paste and convert using the Service. You must have the rights to use, process, and export any content you submit. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated documents before use.

While we strive to produce clean, well-formatted documents, we do not guarantee perfect formatting. The Service may not perfectly preserve every element of your input. You should review each generated document before relying on it.

Paid subscriptions (Standard and Pro) are billed through Stripe. Billing cycles, pricing, and payment processing are managed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal or from your profile page.

If you are dissatisfied with a paid subscription, please contact support. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Generated documents are temporarily stored on our servers and automatically purged based on your plan:

• Free: up to 7 days or the 5 most recent documents
• Standard: up to 30 days or the 50 most recent documents
• Pro: up to 90 days or the 200 most recent documents

You agree not to:

• Paste or convert illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or disable the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to abuse the Service
• Attempt to access other users’ data or circumvent usage limits
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update, modify, or change features, limits, or pricing of the Service over time. We will provide notice of significant changes where appropriate.
